The Jon Spohn Memorial Wrestling Classic

This 17th annual wrestling classic is an official qualifying tournament for the Tournament of Champions National Championships and the Gene Mills Eastern Nationals!!
Location: Salem High School, Geremonty Dr., Salem, NH
Who:Open to all wrestlers grades K-8
Registrations: Final registrations, rosters and monies must be received by January 5, 2010. You may change your roster through Wednesday, January 5, 2010, but NOT the number of wrestlers. You must be pre-registered for this event. NO LATE REGISTRATIONS ACCEPTED. Registration is first come first served to the first 350 wrestlers preregistered and PAID. Email addresses and phone numbers must be provided to confirm your registration.
Registration Fee: $15.00 per wrestler.

Format: weight classes will be 8 man brackets. 7 mats. Certified referees.
Weigh-ins: Saturday, January 8, 2010 7:00 P.M. – 8:30P.M. at the Salem High School located on Geremonty Dr., Salem, NH.
Sunday, January 11, 2010: grades K-4 7:00 A.M.- 8:00A.M.; grades 5-8 8:00 A.M.- 9:00 A.M. at Salem High School located on Geremonty Dr., Salem, NH.
Wrestling begins at 9:00am for K-4 and 10:30 for grades 5-8. !!!!!!!!
Concessions: Full expanded concession; breakfast, lunch and drink available in cafeteria.
Awards: 1st place trophy, Champion t-shirt and wall bracket, 2nd /3rd place medals, 4th place ribbon. Outstanding Wrestler trophy for each age group. Jon Spohn Trophy to eligible Senior High graduating student to be presented before 5-8 finals.
Coaches: It is your responsibility to verify that a wrestler is on the correct wall bracket prior to the start of the tournament. We thank you for your consideration and will do everything we can to avoid inserting someone after the first round has been wrestled.
